I love the wrinkles of the fabric both of her shirt and the bed covers. And I like the pose. I also like the flow of the hair across the pillow. However, I think I would have preferred her eyes to be closed as though she's dreaming. That vacant stare gives me the feeling that she's dead for some reason. Or maybe it's just that I watch too many murder shows on television! 
All in all, it's still fantastic work! Especially the face. That's a weird angle to draw and you nailed it perfectly.
